BOULDERING

Bouldering (or climbing without a rope) is a skill that translates exceptionally well to the Ninja Challenge Course and Parkour.

Many of the top competitors on the Ninja Warrior TV show incorporate rock climbing into their training to help prepare for the obstacles they will face.

Bouldering is an extremely accessible form of climbing that will help develop body control and grip strength.

Not only is bouldering great for physical development, it also helps improve mental capacity as climbers use problem solving skills to navigate tricky sections of the walls.

The Ninja Academy bouldering corner is being specially designed and custom-built to offer a unique and challenging climbing experience which is suitable for beginners, but still offers a challenge for experienced climbers.
